Project Overview
Addiction Pet Foods approached Mount Maunganui Engineering to commission and install a structural framework with a high-capacity 5-tonne-per-hour pet food dryer.
Seamless integration, highest-level accuracy, and a strong collaborative approach were at the forefront of this project to ensure efficiency and safety at every stage.
Project Outcomes
The new plant and equipment can now produce nearly three times the previous output, significantly boosting efficiency. Redesigned accessways throughout the structure ensure safer and more convenient navigation for operators and maintenance teams. At the same time, installing a powerful dust and fume mitigation system improves air quality, creating a cleaner and safer working environment.
