Pipe Threading & Roll Grooving

With state-of-the-art equipment and skilled technicians, we offer precision threading and roll grooving services both in our workshop and onsite. Our latest pipe threading machine can efficiently produce up to 100 (4”) BSP pipe threads, while our powerful big-bore CNC lathes handle any BSP or NPT threading needs with accuracy. Additionally, our trained roll grooving technicians provide expert roll grooving services in our factory, accommodating a variety of mechanical grooved coupling designs to ensure a seamless fit for your project.

Non-Destructive Testing

Aligned with manufacturing standards, industry codes, and design specifications, we have the equipment to perform precise hydrostatic pressure and vacuum testing. Our calibrated data-logging pressure and temperature sensors enable us to record and graph results to meet any required specifications. Additionally, our dye penetrant and crack detection equipment, combined with our qualified in-house weld inspectors, allow us to efficiently and accurately assess all fabrications for quality and integrity.
